How do I get support and help?What if I have any quick questions, or need you to look at something for you?We are a membership-based organisation. Can the system manage our new subscriptions and subscription renewals?Our next event is not far away. How do I get started and how long does it take?Are payments made through Acuvent secure?If we use Acuvent's merchant facility to process credit card payments, what are the merchant fees?If we accept credit cards as a form of payment, I understand there is a "per transaction" fee charged by the bank. What is this fee?Can we ask the registrant to accept "Terms and Conditions” when registering?If we choose to offer registrants a refund if they cancel their registration, what if any fees apply?Does a minimum number of registrations apply?What is involved in having registration fee income sent directly and immediately to our bank account?Can or should we pass the cost of the registration fee to our attendees?We struggle to keep on top of all the changes to our contact list. Does Acuvent offer anything that can assist?Our contact database is not is great shape. Many contacts do not have email addresses. How do I transfer these to this system?Can I customise reports?With our current system we often have to run several reports and then try and merge the data to get the information we need.
