Credit Card Statement showing "Acuvent" or "Acuvent Balgowlah"?
Acuvent is an online event management solution that accepts secure online credit card payments. If your credit card statement itemises a charge to "Acuvent" or "Acuvent Balgowlah" the card has been used to register for one of our customer's events.
The event could be a training course, seminar, forum, luncheon, workshop, networking function, symposium, congress, conference or even a sporting clinic. If you or anyone else who uses the credit card recalls registering for an event then please contact the event organiser for a copy of the tax invoice/receipt.

If you cannot locate the tax invoice/receipt then phone us (never email credit card details) on 1300 552 992 ( 61 2 8014 8411) the with following details:
- Your name and email address
- The credit card number
- Date and value of the charge
We'll email you a copy of the tax invoice/receipt (copying the registrant/s) straight away.
Contact your Card Provider
Alternatively, you can contact your card provider to query the transaction. Keep in mind that they are likely to recommend you contact the merchant (us) and they may charge you a fee to investigate the transaction.
